Prior to establishing NAJA in 2014, Paul held high-level state government positions, overseeing significant state-wide programs and projects. Paul brings with him a background of having worked at the most senior levels in Regional Development, Lands, Local Government, Water, Natural Resource Management and Environment.

Paul has extensive experience in the development and assessment of literally thousands of Business Cases, Cost Benefit Analyses and Grant/Funding proposals. Paul has experience in conceptualising, leading and implementing major state programs and projects in combination with his connections, key influencer’s and decision makers at the highest levels of Government, Community and Industry.
